March Challenge: One Smoothie a Day

One Smoothie a Day Party (1 von 1)

Hello lovelies, I am back with a new challenge for all of us. The last one was, as you might know, the Weekday/Weekend Challenge, which rules we are mainly still applying into our daily eating habits. This new challenge is taking place an entire month and it`s all about consuming a healthy smoothie or smoothie bowl every single day during March. It is not really a new challenge as I have already done and talked about it here twice the last few years, but usually it was only for one single week not a whole month. So who is in for this? I prepared this weeks smoothies in advance, as I could share some ideas with you guys already. The smoothies are in the freezer right now, waiting to be consumed starting first of March.

Orange Smoothie (1 von 1)

Orange Smoothie:

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):

  • 2 oranges, organic
  • juice of 1 orange, organic
  • 100g soy yogurt, sugar-free
  • 1 teaspoon hemp protein powder
  • 1 date, organic


  1. Juice one orange, peel the other two and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Blend everything using a mixer.

Raspberry Beet Smoothie (1 von 1)

Raspberry Beet Smoothie:

You can find the recipe here, I only changed one ingredient. Used oat puffs instead of spelt pops.

Strawberry Smoothie (1 von 1)

Strawberry Granita Smoothie:

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie):

  • 150g frozen strawberries
  • 100ml water or coconut water


  1. Blend everything with a mixer. Shortest preparation ever :).

Turmeric Immuno-Boost Smoothie (1 von 1)

Turmeric Immuno-Boost smoothie:

You can find the recipe here. I used a homemade turmeric paste (5 tablespoons) instead of fresh turmeric and added a dash of ground pepper to boost the absorption of the turmeric. Oh, I almost forgot, I also ditched the peanut butter.
