Whimsical Pastel Colored Lattes

Hope you all are enjoying the long Pentecost Weekend. Today`s schedule was to post the last wild garlic recipe for 2018. Unfortunately my plan didn`t quite work out the way it was supposed to. Now the hunt for wild garlic has begun again and hopefully the recipe I had in mind will finally be posted next week. How about coffee in the meantime? Or even better how about pastel colored lattes? Ok, to be honest, they don`t contain any caffeine, but they are so beautiful to look at, that you definitely want to ditch the regular latte for one of these.
But not only do they look absolutely mesmerizing, but these lattes also taste really really good, I was quite surprised myself. And if this statement is coming out of my mouth you can definitely believe it, as it takes a lot for me to swap my daily morning coffee routine for one of these. I am the biggest coffee addict on this planet!

Before we talk lattes, it`s time for spreading some props, because the original idea for this post is not mine. A while ago I spotted some beautiful colored lattes by Vanelja and I knew, there was no way around me not trying to make some myself.  So let`s raise the coffee mugs to inspiring people like her!

Moving on to the next thing, aka latte flavors. What`s your favorite one? Matcha, golden milk or the regular caramel, pumpkin spice or gingerbread latte with coffee? Obvious I am a big fan of the latter ones, but I also have a huge obsession with golden milk. In terms of matcha it`s a whole different story; used to not like it at all until I found a brand* which works for me. And now I absolutely love love love matcha!
Right now I am experimenting with beetroot, cardamom and fruit powder lattes. As for fruit powder, I use the powders from Frooggies*. Highly recommendable are the latte powders from Sonnentor* as well.

In case you prefer cold lattes as it`s kind of almost summer right now, no problem! Just let cool down the milk and use ice cubes!
Enough talking here are the latte recipes! Hope you enjoy it and read you soon
