Grapefruit Rosé Fizz

Then this Grapefruit Rosé Fizz with rosemary syrup is just perfect. Tart, refreshing and sparkling! It's quick to make, and you don't need any bartender super skills at all. Ingredients

Rosemary Syrup

  • 50 g sugar organic
  • 50 ml water
  • 2-3 sprigs rosemary organic

Grapefruit Rosé Fizz

  • 100 ml grapefruit juice organic
  • 100 ml rosé wine organic
  • 80 ml sparkling water
  • 2-3 tsp rosemary syrup

Instructions

Rosemary Syrup

  • Rinse off rosemary sprigs.
  • Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil. Cook until the liquid starts to thicken in consistency and turns sticky. Put aside for later use.

Grapefruit Rosé Fizz

  • Mix all the ingredients and pour into the glasses.*

Notes

*Add ice cubes if you like & please note, that the rosemary syrup can turn very hard if you add very cold ingredients. Try to mix it in advance with a bit of rosé wine or grapefruit juice. In case it turns very hard, add a bit of water and bring it to a boil once more.
