Chamomile Lavender Fog

This Chamomile Lavender Fog is the sustainable and local alternative to the moon milk I introduced to you in the last article. The drink is completely dairy-free, is made from dried flowers of chamomile and lavender and promotes healthy sleep in a completely natural way. The preparation takes only 5 minutes. Furthermore, the Chamomile Lavender Fog not only promotes your sleep, but also has a calming effect and helps with stomach upset. The perfect warm drink to start your bedtime ritual right now.

Notes

*the amount of time you let your tea steep is very individual and depends on the product you use and your personal preference. For the first try its best to stick with the instructions on the packaging of your tea. I personally like my chamomile lavender tea the most after letting it infuse for 10 minutes, but everybody is different. So I advise you to experiment and find your perfect amount of time.
