Raw Gingerbread Speculoo Donut Holes

Ingredients

  • 70 g vegan speculoos cookies
  • 50 g ground almonds organic
  • 10 dates organic, without seed
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or water organic
  • 2 tsp gingerbread spice organic
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract organic
  • raspberry or strawberry jam
  • raspberry fruit powder

Instructions

  •  Put all the ingredients except maple syrup, the jam and fruit powder into a food processor. Maybe crumble the speculoos a little bit before adding them to the food processor. Mix in the food processor until you get a crumbly batter.
  •  If you feel the mixture isn`t sticking together enought add maple syrup, but try first if your batter isn`t already sweet enough. I added the two tbsp of maple syrup and the donut holes turned out quite sweet.
  •  Form balls with your hands, press a hole into every ball and pour in a small amount of jam. Close the balls immediately, add a little bit more of batter if necessary.
  •  Sprinkle on some raspberry powder.
