Vegan Alfredo Sauce

  • 200 g white beans dried or canned, organic
  • 1-3 garlic cloves minced, organic
  • 350 ml cashew milk organic
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast organic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil organic
  • 1/2 tsp salt organic
  • a dash of white pepper organic
  • 400 g pasta organic


  1.  If you use dried beans soak them over night and cook them for a few hours until they are soft

  2.  Mix all the ingredients iin a blender until you get a smooth sauce.

  3.  Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, but make sure they`re not cooked all through.

  4.  Pour off water, add Alfredo sauce to the pasta and cook for another 2-3 minutes on very low temperature.
