Ingredients

  • 700 g pak choi organic
  • 1/2 tsp salt organic
  • 2 small onions organic
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil organic

Instructions

  •  Rinse off pak choi and finely chop it.
  •  Steam for about 10 to 15 minutes. The pac choi should be cooked but still firm in consistency. Season with salt.
  •  Peel onions and finely chop them. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn transparent.
  •  Mix onions and pak choi together and serve as a side dish.
