vegan Cherry Ice Cream made of plantbased milk

A vegan alternative to dairy ice cream as creamy as the original. Egg-free, refined sugar free and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 100 ml soy cream organic
  • 3-4 tbsp maple or date syrup organic
  • 150 g cherries organic
  • 4 tbsp cherry juice

Instructions

  • Pit and halve the cherries.
  • Put all ingredients into the ice cream machine and adjust the machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. Mine recommends 40 minutes, but the ice cream was ready before. Alternatively, fill your ice cream into a freezable container, put it in the freezer compartment and stir well every 20 to 30 minutes until the ice cream has the desired consistency.
