Rosemary Syrup

  • 50 g sugar organic
  • 50 ml water
  • 2-3 sprigs rosemary organic

Grapefruit Rosé Fizz

  • 100 ml grapefruit juice organic
  • 100 ml rosé wine organic
  • 80 ml sparkling water
  • 2-3 tsp rosemary syrup


Rosemary Syrup

  1. Rinse off rosemary sprigs.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring to a boil. Cook until the liquid starts to thicken in consistency and turns sticky. Put aside for later use.

Grapefruit Rosé Fizz

  1. Mix all the ingredients and pour into the glasses.*

Recipe Notes

*Add ice cubes if you like & please note, that the rosemary syrup can turn very hard if you add very cold ingredients. Try to mix it in advance with a bit of rosé wine or grapefruit juice. In case it turns very hard, add a bit of water and bring it to a boil once more.
