- 700 g pak choi organic
- ½ tsp salt organic
- 2 small onions organic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil organic
Rinse off pak choi and finely chop it.
Steam for about 10 to 15 minutes. The pac choi should be cooked but still firm in consistency. Season with salt.
Peel onions and finely chop them. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn transparent.
Mix onions and pak choi together and serve as a side dish.
